We welcome you to join us for a new season of racing in Taylor
Missouri.
Spring showers will no doubt rain out a lot of the Dirt tracks early
season races so join us for some good clean racing on Asphalt. We
start our season EARLY and end it LATE! Asphalt makes us less weather
dependant.!

There will be one scheduled Friday night race to be announced shortly.
Gates open at 9:00a.m.

2008 CLASS STRUCTURE FOR REGULAR RACES
We are using the IKF suggested guidelines for mixing flatheads and
animals. Adult animal/flathead class has an optional restrictor plate
option in place to help minimize the need for lighter drivers needing
to add massive amounts of weight.
4-Cycle Jr. I Combined 5hp Briggs, .425 restrictor 235, Animal, Black
(.251) restrictor 270 ages 8 -11
4-Cycle Jr. II Combined 5hp Briggs, .500 restrictor 285, Animal, Gold
(.313) restrictor 320 ages 12-15
4-Cycle Stock Class Combined 5hp Briggs 360/Stock Animal 395/or Stock
Animal 360lb weight using OHV w/3-hole .312 Gold Plate ages 16+ (15
year olds can be granted permission to run this class with approval
from Terry.) Fuel - Methanol or Gas. No Combinations of the two.
4-Cycle Stock Class Combined 5hp Briggs 360/Stock Animal 395/or Stock
Animal 360lb weight using OHV w/3-hole .312 Gold Plate ages 40+ Fuel -
Methanol or Gas. No Combinations of the two.
RACE FORMAT
Speedway races will be broken down into two 15-lap heats and one
25-lap feature
1st Heat - Draw for position
2nd Heat - Invert starting position in first heat
Feature - Most points earned in heats start in front
TECH - Run under IKF or WKA Engine Tech Rules. Plate rules are listed
per each class.
Issues outside of plates will be judged by whichever sanctioning body
rule is most liberal.
